Once a year, during this festival several houses and courtyards of typical villages in Barbagia (one of the wildest area in Sardinia) are open to the public. The most famous craftsmen set up their ateliers in the courtyards. This is a long weekend to discover the best handcrafts, to learn how to make the original, crispy pane carasau, to sip a good cannonau wine and to visit a ancient site escorted by an archeologist.
